At IMS 2026, Copper Mountain Technologies showcased its new BFX02 Frequency Extension Base, designed to extend vector network analyzer (VNA) measurements into the millimeter-wave and terahertz frequency ranges. In this booth presentation, Patrick from Copper Mountain Technologies explains how the BFX02 interfaces with external frequency extenders, enabling measurements up to 1.08 THz. The platform offers up to 20 dBm output power for both RF and LLO signals and supports a base frequency range up to 20 GHz.
